Weddings at the Victorian
Hosting your wedding at The Victorian: Youngsville is an experience like no other! The beautiful, historic house has so much charm - your guests will surely enjoy their time throughout our space.
Get ready for the day in our spacious, fully furnished bridal suite + groom's suite in the upstairs of the home, then say "I Do", surrounded by your loved ones with our gorgeous magnolia tree as the backdrop of your wedding ceremony. Guests can enjoy cocktail hour on the charming wrap-around porch, as well as mingle throughout the downstairs of the home, next to one of our many fireplaces. Host dinner under the stars on our 3200 sq. ft. patio, equipped with bistro lights and plenty of space for dancing the night away.

Please note, all rates are subject to change until a contract is signed and first payment is received.
RENTAL RATES INCLUDE:
- Completely private use of the property beginning at 10 a.m. until 11 p.m.
- Ceremony: chairs for up to 200 guests
- Multiple ceremony sites to choose from
- Reception: tables and chairs for up to 200 guests
- Beautifully furnished bridal suite, complete with private restroom, full length mirror, 4 vanity stations, fabric steamer, and ice bucket stocked with la croix, soft drinks and bottles of water
- Fully furnished and spacious groom's suite, complete with poker set, bumper pool table, dart board, full length mirror, dining room table, and ice bucket stocked with la croix, soft drinks and bottles of water
- Venue staff and parking attendant on site for duration of event
- Two white wooden bar fronts
- Vintage lounge furniture to be used throughout the house
- Lawn games: corn hole, giant jenga
- Private space for catering staff
- Private ceremony rehearsal 1-2 days prior to your wedding
- Access to the property for bridal portrait session

How do I schedule a tour?
Tours are given by appointment only. Please contact us via phone (919-453-7554) or email (info@thevictorianyoungsville.com) to schedule your private tour of the space.
Wedding Coordinator Requirement:
Every couple is required to hire a Professional, Insured, Wedding Day-of Coordinator to execute the Rehearsal, Ceremony, and Reception Events. Please view our Preferred Vendor List to see our Approved Coordinators - we also offer in-house day of coordination at an affordable rate.
Preferred Vendors:
All vendors who work at The Victorian: Youngsville must be licensed, insured, and approved by venue management. Please view our list of Preferred Vendors for the best quality event professionals.
Is this an outdoor venue?
The Victorian: Youngsville is mainly an outdoor venue. We have plenty of space to comfortably seat 200 guests on our patio. We will help you facilitate a tent rental in the case of inclement weather. For indoor receptions, we can accommodate up to 70 guests for a seated dinner, or standing room for up to 120.
Is alcohol permitted? Can we bring our own?
Alcohol is allowed! You may provide your own beer and wine, but it must be served by a professional bartending service or caterer. Liquor is allowed with proper permits and insurance.
Are you LGBTQ+ Friendly?
Of course we are! Everyone is welcome at The Victorian: Youngsville! 🌈
Parking:
Parking is available in the gravel lot next door to and behind The Victorian. There is also plenty of free, public parking within a one-minute walk of the venue. Handicap parking is available on-site.
ADA Accessibility:
The Victorian is ADA compliant with a wheelchair accessible ramp, ADA compliant restrooms and three paved, handicap parking spaces.
Payment Plan:
A 50% non-refundable retainer and a signed agreement is required to secure your date with us. The remaining balance is due 3 months prior to your event date.
Are pets allowed on the property?
We love it when fur-babies are included in their parent's special day! We just ask that there is a designated person for your pet while on the property, and they must be escorted home before the reception begins.
What is the history of the house?
The Victorian was originally known as the J.B. Perry House, built in 1898 for J.B. Perry, owner of The Bank of Youngsville and member of the Railroad Commission. The home was a residence for quite a few different families between the late 1800's until it was purchased by the current owners and turned into the splendor it is today.
