Hosting your wedding at The Victorian: Youngsville is an experience like no other! The beautiful, historic house has so much charm - your guests will surely enjoy their time throughout our space.
Get ready for the day in our spacious, fully furnished bridal suite + groom's suite in the upstairs of the home, then say "I Do", surrounded by your loved ones with our gorgeous magnolia tree as the backdrop of your wedding ceremony. Guests can enjoy cocktail hour on the charming wrap-around porch, as well as mingle throughout the downstairs of the home, next to one of our many fireplaces. Host dinner under the stars on our 3200 sq. ft. patio, equipped with bistro lights and plenty of space for dancing the night away.

Every couple is required to hire a Professional, Insured, Wedding Day-of Coordinator to execute the Rehearsal, Ceremony, and Reception Events. Please view our Preferred Vendor List to see our Approved Coordinators - we also offer in-house day of coordination at an affordable rate.
All vendors who work at The Victorian: Youngsville must be licensed, insured, and approved by venue management. Please view our list of Preferred Vendors for the best quality event professionals.
The Victorian: Youngsville is mainly an outdoor venue. We have plenty of space to comfortably seat 200 guests on our patio. We will help you facilitate a tent rental in the case of inclement weather. For indoor receptions, we can accommodate up to 70 guests for a seated dinner, or standing room for up to 120.
Alcohol is allowed! You may provide your own beer and wine, but it must be served by a professional bartending service or caterer. Liquor is allowed with proper permits and insurance.

Parking is available in the gravel lot next door to and behind The Victorian. There is also plenty of free, public parking within a one-minute walk of the venue. Handicap parking is available on-site.
The Victorian is ADA compliant with a wheelchair accessible ramp, ADA compliant restrooms and three paved, handicap parking spaces.
We love it when fur-babies are included in their parent's special day! We just ask that there is a designated person for your pet while on the property, and they must be escorted home before the reception begins.
A 50% non-refundable retainer and a signed agreement is required to secure your date with us. The remaining balance is due 3 months prior to your event date.
The Victorian was originally known as the J.B. Perry House, built in 1898 for J.B. Perry, owner of The Bank of Youngsville and member of the Railroad Commission. The home was a residence for quite a few different families between the late 1800's until it was purchased by the current owners and turned into the splendor it is today.
