Just five miles North of Wake Forest and only 20 miles from the core of Downtown Raleigh, you will discover the splendor of this Victorian wedding venue, which stands out as a unique event space in the area.

Originally built in the late 1800s, The Victorian has been meticulously restored to reflect its original charm. Guests can enjoy cocktails in the courtyard beneath our magnificent magnolia tree, and savor dinner under the stars with friends and family. The J.B. Perry House

Circa 1898, The Victorian wedding venue was originally built by merchant J.B. Perry. In 1896, Perry, along with five colleagues, established The Youngsville Tobacco Market. By 1899, he had founded and was serving as President of the Bank of Youngsville. In addition to his business endeavors, Perry was also a member of the Railroad Board of Commissioners and passed away in 1940. Today, this historic wedding location serves as a beautiful Youngsville event space, perfect for memorable celebrations.
